  1. 01

    Independent first.

Each model reads your document on its own, without seeing what the others found. None of them can just follow the others.

  2. 02

Then they see each other’s work.

Each reviewer challenges the others’ findings. Points that can’t hold up get dropped.

  3. 03

Agreement is a signal, not a filter.

If all three raise it, it’s probably real. If only one does, it might be the thing that sinks you. Both get ranked by how much they matter.

The reviewers are Claude, GPT and DeepSeek. A separate smaller model (Claude Haiku) runs a proofreading pass for clear spelling and grammar errors. DeepSeek runs on Fireworks, not on DeepSeek’s own servers. If a model is ever unavailable, we switch to a tested backup.

Why not just ask one AI?

One AI gives you one opinion. It tends to go easy on you, and it rarely argues with itself: once it decides something matters, it sticks with it. Vettena's three reviewers critique each other's findings without knowing whose they are, so every point is judged on its argument, not on who made it.

Three printed pages side by side on a wooden meeting table, each annotated differently by hand: underlines and question marks on the first, margin notes on the second, ticks and crosses on the third.

In our testing on a tender specification, one reviewer missed a required form that was missing from the bid. The other two caught it. That's the point of three.

FAQ

Questions?

What the review covers, what it costs, and what happens to your document.

Upload a document
  • Blocking issues could stop your document being accepted or approved, so fix these first. Material issues weaken your case and are worth addressing before you submit. Minor issues are worth fixing but are unlikely to change the outcome. Issues are numbered with the most important first.

  • Every quote shown as coming from your document is checked against your document before the report is saved. Quotes that can't be verified word for word are never shown as quotes: they're removed or replaced with […].

Reviewer notes are written in each reviewer's own words, and any document quote inside them is checked the same way.

  • They review what's written in your document. They don't verify facts, figures or claims against outside sources, so important numbers and statements still need a human check. Like any reviewer, they can also miss issues or flag something that isn't a real problem. Treat the report as a strong second opinion, not a final sign-off.

  • PDF and Word (DOCX) files up to 25 MB, with between 500 and 250,000 characters of text. Fully scanned PDFs (images of pages) can't be read yet and are rejected at upload, before any credits are used. If a PDF is mostly images, you'll see a warning before you pay.

  • By the number of characters in your document, not pages, so dense and sparse pages are treated fairly. You see the exact cost before you start a review. Full price bands are on the pricing page.

  • The credits are refunded to your account automatically. To try again, upload the file again.

  • Your file and its text are deleted from our servers within minutes of the review finishing, whether it succeeds or fails. If a review crashes, the document is deleted within 24 hours. Backup copies expire within 7 days, and our AI providers may keep data for up to 30 days under their own policies, or up to 2 years for content Anthropic flags for misuse. Your report, which includes short quotes from your document, stays in your history until you delete it. Full details are on How we handle your documents.

  • An option when you upload. The report deletes itself 1 hour after you first open it, or 24 hours after the review finishes if you never open it. Download the PDF if you want to keep a copy.
